What's the Big Deal?

During the year 2012 the Long Cycle calendar of the Maya empire hits a reset. This concept is based upon fairly accurate astronomical readings: a field the Maya studied intensely. In truth something is going to occur during 2012; due to precession, a result of the solar system's movement through the universe, and the wobble of the earth's axis, different constellations rise during the spring equinox. 2012 marks the end of the "age of Pisces" and the beginning of the "age of Aquarius", cosmically speaking.

Questionable "Proof"

One of the arguments that has been put forward to substantiate the doomsday prophesies is the fallacy that the Maya never charted any anticipated events after 2012, the 13th B'ak'tun. In truth, there are several such events marked in Mayan calendars, some extend as far as AD 4772. Other measurements extend as far as 41 octillion years in both the past and future, disputing the concept that any Maya believe that the end of the world, as we know it, is due any time soon.

Doomsday Predictions - Not So Reliable

Doomsday predictions seem to be an integral part of the human psyche. There have been literally thousands of guesses at when the event would occur. Earlier examples include those who predicted the world would end in the year AD 1000 when Jesus was supposed to return; later suggestions cropped up in 1806, 1843 and 1982. There are so many different versions on the end of the world. The Bible doesn't really tell us the hour or the date of end of time. A lot of people believe that 2012 is considered doomsday. Some people believe that 2012 doomsday is just the beginning of our troubles.

Some people believe in the book of Revealtions and some people believe that there is no theory at all and if that is true than that means the Bible, the Aztecs, Mayans, and Nostradamus, was all wrong. Nostradamus predicted several things that has happen like JFK'S death, the September 11th terrorist attacks, and other disasters. He also stated said that the end of the world will occur on 12/21/2012.

I guess it doesn't matter though what I believe or what theory you believe. Because what ever happens is going to happen no matter what anyone says. The main thing is to be ready for doomsday no matter when it happen, we need to be ready and have our families ready.

No matter what day or year or hour God says to be ready that no one know's the hour nor the day of my return but he gives us signs of the beginning of doomsday.So we need to read the Bible and be prepared. For the worst.

There are some things that you need to do to prepare for 2012. You need to find a safe place to live. If you have the means it would be a good idea to build an underground shelter. Make sure that you stock it with plenty of canned goods, bottle water and don't forget a can opener. Also you should have stock up on plenty of seeds and get a few books on learning how to grow a garden if you don't know how to already. Don't be left unprepared and not knowing what to do. Your future is up to you and you need to do to keep you and your family safe. You need to get ready for the 2012 Doomsday Theory.
